My name is Millie. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant for 9 years. I have been a resident of Paragould my whole life. I love volunteering at local dental clinics as a way
to give back to the community. My favorite part of my job is meeting the patients. I enjoy
being able to connect with patients on a more personal level and also assist in helping
patients achieve their smile goals! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my close
friends and my dogs + cats!

My name is Joselyn and I’m the hygiene assistant at Rawls Dental Care! I’ve been working in the dental field since 2022. I speak both Spanish and English. My favorite part of my job is assisting with our pediatric patients and creating a wonderful experience for them! I’m married to my husband, Carlos. We have two boys, Victor and Jeancarlos. We enjoy attending their soccer practices and games! We also enjoy family time and traveling.

Meet our Scheduling Coordinator Leslie! She has worked in the dental field for 4 years and enjoys meeting new people and making relationships with patients. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Keith for 22 years and has two grown children.  She is also a Realtor and can be found house hunting when not in the office.  In her free time you can find her relaxing with family and friends camping.
